- ACAlissa ChristineMar 21, 20265.0Had a W&D delivered 2.5 hours outside of Albuquerque from Costco and it was a wonderful experience. The two men who showed up were knowledgeable, polite, and super professional taking care not to bump or bang the appliances around or scuff the walls or flooring. The hook up installation went quickly and smoothly with the whole process taking less than an hour. Would definitely use their services again. Also appreciated the phone calls alerting me to their earlier than anticipated arrival.

Trying to get a washer and dryer delivered from Costco- they sent a non-english speaking driver who can't understand simple directions like where to go inside the home. They refused to take away the old units, pantomimed misunderstanding. Then when I get on the phone with the manager, he is rude, dismissive and hangs up on me! I am returning the Washer and Dryer to Costco, and what a horrific and frustrating experience. I am returning the washer and dryer and will NEVER use Costco for appliances again!
