Since it was my first time coming to this location, I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were. The transaction was very fast, I was in and out within about two minutes. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names because everything went so quickly, but I wanted to make sure they were recognized for their great service. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely come back again.

Danielle’s response was, “I don’t know why they tell you that, I don’t know,” and she seemed uninterested in resolving the issue or offering any help. After reading other reviews mentioning similar experiences with her, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident but a recurring pattern. FedEx should do better.
