The staff at this location came through to help me ship multiple packages to an overseas military destination at the last moment! Each member of the staff sought assistance, and it just so happened that an employee by the name of Cheryl came in and knew the Military Post Office system inside and out. She took the time to help make sure everything was sent and billed to me correctly, up to staying just a bit after closing to get it handled. Cannot recommend this location's staff and especially Cheryl enough!

The guy argued with me saying that my change of address wouldn't go through because the address didn't match the address on my DL! I told him yes it will because this is the third time I've moved and the address on my DL is 4 apartments ago! When I told him that wasn't true he told me he knew what he was doing and it will not go through I told him you need to try it and he said he can't and I said what do you mean you can't let me speak to your supervisor and then he said well I'll try it and see what happens lol ugh I am really angry because what do you know it went through and he says well we'll see like as if it won't happen for me to get my keys and then besides waiting for me to finish filling out the hold my mail card he says well you can just leave the card right there on the counter I'm going to get back to what I was doing and get back to my job as if it was an inconvenience that I was there so I would really like to speak to a supervisor but the AI is giving me a hard time about trying to speak to a real person what the heck... to make things even worse I've been trying to call them so I can speak to a supervisor and the phone just rang and rang and rang and seal it hung up nobody's even answering their phones I don't even see how this place is getting away with all of this this is like a sore in the Postal service chain what a disappointment I have never came across a place that was this poorly ran.

Not even consumer affairs can get them to do their job. This is easily the worst managed post office I’ve ever been to. By a very large margin. The workers are always angry and hate every person that comes in. They can’t handle a change of address. Yet because a USPS employee broke our mailbox, we have to drive way out here to get mail. And rather than take responsibility and fix it, they just don’t seem to care. This is why you don’t slash funding for USPS-you get what you pay for. And in this case it’s complete incompetence
