The young lady working there today was unfriendly and rude and refused to complete my order giving me a limit to how many small packages I could send. I moved over to the next person to complete my needs and he was wonderful.

I been to this post office three times for the last 6 weeks and all the 3 times there has been a huge line with only one worker helping us. The waiting time has been from 40 minutes to an hour. This is ridiculous!..I feel so bad for that nice employee. THIS POST OFFICE NEEDS EXTRA HELP ASAP!...

I was there last Friday morning, the 6th of February to mail off a bday present 🎁 to a good friend of mine and to pick up a letter that they were holding on to as I got that slip of paper saying was there. After I paid for my friend's gift to be mailed out (who also lives in town and has not received it yet), I gave them that slip of paper so that he can get my letter. He goes to the back and I never saw him again. I asked the other guy if he wouldn't mind checking on him, after a severe eye roll, he doesn't even go to the back, just through the door and looked around where he could see as much as I could, comes back out and tells me, "he'll be out in a minute." How would he know? He didn't check. I waited another minute before walking out; it wasn't even busy. There were maybe two others there while I was there. I usually didn't have a problem with this post office when the older gentlemen are working it, but the kids working there all act like we owe them something and how dare us for asking for their assistance! In anything!! I also filed a mail theft complaint/charge since it's been 8 days now and my friend never received her present. So yeah, mail theft happens there too, so don't mail ANYTHING without a tracking number, they can't be trusted and will be investigated.

Short staffed like everywhere else, so expect long waits. Packages often dont get delivered properly and staff can be unhelpful or dismissive when you ask about missing packages. Not the worst but definitely frustrating compared to other locations.

My mail carrier is great. Every time I have used this post office I have had great service even if sometimes lines might be long.
