I had my passport appointment set for a month and they called 10 min before I walked through the door (my phone was in my bag so I didn’t see the call) to cancel. No option given to reschedule at all. All the now available appointments do not work for me because I’m busy. I planned to be able to get this done today and am furious that they mishandled it so badly. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get something so simple done. The place is also dingy and disgusting. 0/10
