If I could give 0 starts I would. 1.5 hours JUST TO PICK UP A PACKAGE IS CRAZY.

Regular Experience -- ""Manager has not opened the safe yet"" -- Customer Cannot buy stamps or money orders or do any business with cash. As this office is close to my house, I go often. Manager is not existent or just lazy. Open at 8AM means ready for business at 8AM. Customers' time is more valuable than the Postal Workers, they are already at their office at work.

Good luck getting any KIND and patient assistance, especially if you are neurodivergent/have a learning disability. I must have had to ask the lady up front 5x to double check that my passport renewal was correct. I told her it was my first time renewing it this way, I told her I just wanted to ‘make sure it was right’ and she continued to treat me like trash, speaking so quickly with blatant impatience and annoyance, for simply double checking how I am supposed to submit/where to write/what to include. Nobody wants their application sent back for a silly typo. Jeez. What a terrible experience. I understand you are only one person, but if you spent 1 minute to briefly and clearly explain, I wouldn’t have had to double check so many times! I want to add: this was Monday 1/12/26 at around 1:30-1:40 pm. I left there confused, uncertain of the next steps to anticipate. Again, this was a passport renewal application in need of packaging/money order; pretty important task! Each time I was trying to ask a question, I was polite, and prefaced my question with a sincere apology ‘sorry, just another question…’. I was genuinely afraid of her, and that was her intention. The blonde lady with black framed glasses. A bully.

Worst post office experience I’ve ever had. One of the female employees with blonde hair & glasses was extremely rude to not only my boyfriend & I, but to everyone customer she “helped”. The complete lack of respect she showed to each person who approached her was outrageous. She acted as if each of us were an inconvenience to her & had the worst attitude I’ve probably ever experienced at a business. I understand if it’s a bad day & a one off occurrence, but it was everyone she interacted with. Hire better & more accommodating employees who don’t treat customers as if they are interfering his or her day simply by asking for the bare minimum.

every time I come here for any reason, most of the staff are rude and have an insanely bad attitude. except for when Ali helps me. Ali is always so kind and is willing to go out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied with their visit. He definitely deserves a raise considering he’s the only nice staff and i pray he’s there every time i have to go in. the other staff need to work on their customer service skills because it’s ridiculous how rude they are.
