Absolutely the worst post office. Ignorant postal workers. Sent a package on Thursday, the female worker said if you spend $25 extra dollars, it can arrive Monday. After $100, it’s Tuesday and the package is still in Albuquerque. Never again.

Between this place and that awful location on George, they seem to work together to provide nothing. It’s amazing because it takes actual skill and effort to be this terrible. I’m sick of the numerous months I’ve been waiting for this location to properly handle a change of address. Not even consumer affairs can get them to do their job properly.

Workers here are incompetent. Paid for a package, the older lady at the counter put in the address wrong. Tried to tell her. She ignore it said it be fine. Package was returned to my house. Took it back. Talked to the older man who said he couldn’t redo the address but instead changed the address by hand with a sharpie…tried to tell him as well that will probably not work if it was already wrong. And you guessed it, it was returned to my house. Tried to get a refund for the $100 shipping (international) the lady gave me the old “nothin I can do but who ever wrote this did a horrible job” …she was the one who sent it out. Finally went to a different office who gave me a refund and told me don’t use this post office.
TLDR: the other post office management said don’t bother with this office.

Karyn was as nice as she was professional. It was seriously the easiest trip to the post office I’ve had in my life. Thank you, Karyn!!

This was a good post office with hours still online as open until 5 PM.
Quite a few of us arrived today (Friday) at 4 PM to find it closed. New hours were posted on the door with the new closing time 3:30 PM M-F and no notice.
What is going on here? Are all the online post office hours obsolete now?
Please update the hours so we will know which ones, if any, are open.
