I have repeatedly contacted USPS that my mail keeps getting delivered to the wrong address and it doesn’t seem to get fixed. My home ends with 1/2 and I’ve told them that that is a separate building but the delivery person seems too lazy to bother to check that he or she is delivering to the correct address or they have not informed them even after i have called about it several times

Absolutely the worst post office. Ignorant postal workers. Sent a package on Thursday, the female worker said if you spend $25 extra dollars, it can arrive Monday. After $100, it’s Tuesday and the package is still in Albuquerque. Never again.

Between this place and that awful location on George, they seem to work together to provide nothing. It’s amazing because it takes actual skill and effort to be this terrible. I’m sick of the numerous months I’ve been waiting for this location to properly handle a change of address. Not even consumer affairs can get them to do their job properly.

This is a retail location only, yet they are open 9am-3:30pm? Not even 8 hours a day, and closed by the time most people get off work at 5pm. Ridiculous. Also USPS refuses to deliver packages now, and requires pickup at the airport location which is not near anything! And there is no bus service there so people without cars cannot pick up their packages. Crazy!!! Why can’t I pick it up at a USPS retail location like this one on Cornell which is in my neighborhood? Who knows. Honestly the USPS has devolved into a garbage agency, they don’t care about how they inconvenience the customer at all. Not the same USPS as in the past where people were friendly and would bend over backwards to help you. And good luck getting anyone to ever answer the phone if you try to contact a post office directly! It just rings and rings and rings.
