ZERO STAR! Everyone always says this place has the worse customer service and I agree. They should get new management. No one ever answer the phone there either. They choose not too i guarantee it. No company is this busy. Just goes to show they all just show up for a check. You can be the nicest person in there and they don’t care. I wish they would move this location

Oooou girl w the bun and glasses catch that attitude with me in person. I really do hope this lady remembers me by my review. I’ve had issues with USPS for a whole week trying to get my package. After false promises of it being delivered again next day I just had my boyfriend go pick it up. The first attempt they sent him away and told him if he didn’t have my last name he couldn’t pick it up which is dumb bc there are spouses who don’t take the others last name (a plan I intend to partake in to think it was crazy to say that) siblings or family who don’t have the last name or kids which is crazy to me. I sent him back a Second Time in which I told him to FaceTime me so I could speak w them verify myself w my ID and proof of residency bc I work all week until 5 (when they close) when he approached a lady in a bun and glasses she immediately had an attitude. He presented me to her so I could speak w her and she rolled her eyes continued to talk to me w no issue then asked for the address when my bf put the phone down so he picked it up to show her me (that’s who she was speaking to w no issue w me being otp in the first place) had me speak my address cut me off and then tell my bf LOUDLY “DONT PUT THE PHONE TO MY FACE” it was not even near her face he had it positioned the same way I was talking to her before. To humiliate him in front of everyone to give us attitude when it’s their fault I never received my package is baffling. I promise the outcome would have been different if I was there and I do go there a lot so girl I really wish you would catch that same attitude with me again. And then people wonder why service workers aren’t treated with respect you don’t deserve our respect. If u can’t do ur job or at least fake a smile while there you shouldn’t have one. Remember me too CARMEN SIORDIA.

Worst post office in Albuquerque. The old, fake blond female postal worker has awful customer service skills. Clearly unhappy with her job but unfortunately not the customers fault, I was just there to ship my items. Will definitely stick to the other post office locations in town.

Easy parking for my large truck. It was busy when I arrived but cleared out fast. The only holdup was my being somewhat unprepared. When I was ready, the line had lengthened, but again, moved quickly. Both ladies at the front desk were cheerful, friendly and overall it was a pleasant experience.
