However, 3 of my last 4 overnight packages that I paid for have not been delivered the next day. I then have to go back and get a refund for shipping plus file a claims report which is not easy on the US Postal website. I still haven’t received my claims which I filed for. How do you mess up 3 out of 4 overnight purchases? I come to this location because the one on San Antonio never has enough workers and you’re inline forever. I guess I will start going to another location. I would use UPS but the rates are a lot more expensive. This is what happens when you have unions. I had another problem with USPS in the past but a supervisor said he can’t do anything for the Union is too strong. 3 out of 4 overnight packages not being delivered is not acceptable regardless of the situation. Once again Rick is great but USPS is lagging.
