I did a change of address in July 2025 and I’m still not getting mail sent to my new address. I have gone to the post office numerous times as well as talk to representatives on the phone and they keep assuring me, my change of address has been done and the carrier should be delivering mail to my new address. However, it is now March 2026 and I’m still not getting my mail. I received a call from one of the managers there and he left a message stating my mail was going all over the place. I am not sure why this is happening. I have even spoke to someone at internal affairs and still nothing. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Postal Service location.

Priority mail express is a scam. Paid $33 for an envelope to arrive overnight. It took 4 days. Denied refund. Put a stamp on it and cross your fingers. Odds are the same. Terrible response from PO employee. Fed ex next time.

I paid for overnight with fees and yet it got their a week later still. They didn't advise the cost of not garuanteeing the next day. They blamed weather without proof and I know it was not lost. Prior to mailing..the mail lady at desk advised that they supposed to inform info to you about the no garuanteeing over night statue. I talked with supervisor and still without proof they advised me that with weather conditions..we don't garuantee. I know New Mexico does not have these weather conditions they talking about. Even tho it's 34$ ...34$ is garuanteed...not overnight mail. They lady employee needs to be more supervised plus the team needs to inform no garuantee even if the sun shines outside and what we say is what we say.

If mail was on hold, HOW did my debit card disappear. If it was on hold because of damaged boxes ( my box was not damaged, they say it was BUT IT WAS NOT) So, if my mail was on hold, and it was not placed in wrong box AGAIN.....Then WHO stole my card! "IF" my mail was on hold....it never left the post office, right? Either way, someone was able to activate my card and DRAIN it of over $150! HOW COULD THAT HAVE HAPPENED, "IF" my mail was on hold during this time!?! SUPPOSEDLY😶 One thing is for sure that post office employees were the last ones with my debit before the misplacement and/or theft of my card. Either negligence or theft!?! In other words, my card was issued AFTER the damages to my apartments mailboxes. They are saying my box DIRECTLY was damaged. IT WAS NOT! So my card was on HOLD, SUPPOSEDLY at post office! How did it get stolen then..."IF" it was on hold!?!🤨
