He more than once has gone above and beyond to assist me to make sure my items are safely packaged and ready to ship. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to step in when I need support make all the difference. Because of his outstanding service, I choose this UPS Store every time. In my opinion, Sahaih is a true asset to this business, and I highly recommend this location to anyone needing shipping support.

He said thats going to cost alot to send, i told him im aware its going to be expensive. He again says like 250, maybe 350. I am very aware of the cost to ship, and have plenty of money to cover. I felt discriminated against, i was a little gruby cause ive been doing house work all day. I wasnt even at the counter and he continued to deture my buisness before i was even helped. All of this infront of a large group of people. I took my buisness elsewhere. So wrong.

This location is clean and welcoming, I own a small business so there a lot of returns and shipping, I never feel like I’m looked at where you get the feeling that they don’t want to help you. They even print labels for me if I ever forget to do that. Thank you Jordan and Sahaih 🙏

I know the blond child behind the counter wasnt staff. I went in on my to drop off two packages with scan codes ready. Waited for a while as the blond did not greet or pay attention to customers. I let her know that the wait was long. She got very rude and demanded, yes, demanded I explain my comment. She is not my mother and not my boss. When I asked for corporates number, I was told to google it and that she was the manager. I told her thats not how you handle customers and she shrugged. Im notifying amazon as well. May you go out of business. I do not deserve this. This is not my first negative interaction with the blond. Can you hire someone who likes people? Please.
