The young Lady making printing my copies was overwhelmed and the guy working with her had no sense of urgency. I emailed documents to be printed. I called as soon as the store opened 5 times, no one answered. I noticed that the store was not busy when I arrived and the phone was not answered. This is clearly an independent owned store as I never had any issues with any other stores. I am glad I am passing through on business but will make a note to avoid this location. The guy literally just ignores the customers while the young lady is frantically trying to get things done.

Don’t waste your time at this location they will ignore you and talk amongst themselves while you wait at the counter. I’ll spend my money with a company or location that cares while this location is “locally owned and operated” they don’t have great customer service.

I just had a really productive time working with ash. From phone to in person. Good work. Had to ship some fishing poles, didn’t work out. Opportunity cost and they realized!!! Honestly awesome customer service from phone to brick and mortar. Shipped the other stuff, needed care and concern. Nailed it but definitely paid for it. Kinda the point though. Thank you very much. Good work and thanks, best ups experience so far. Appreciate, the other front house worker was awesome as well. I’ll definitely work with this particular upsagain.
