This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. not only are the lines 15 customers deep Every single time I go, it doesn’t matter what time of the day, Do they have a machine? They can actually assist their customers with and when you ask them why they don’t help anybody with that they have a lame excuse like they like to stand in line. Today I went in to just give my stuff for the post office on the side and the Hispanic man that’s always there yelled at me. He was extremely rude. The behavior of him today was ridiculous. I have used this store for about 10 years and I won’t step foot in it again. If you’re the owner of this store, you need to take a look at your store and see what’s going on in it.

Kenny Shoquist ( owner ) was so rude when calling the store he continued to ask me for information about my package when giving it to him he sounded irritated and not very happy to be at work customer service course is highly recommended. Hanging up on someone isn’t a way of good customer service or business DO BETTER ALBUQUERQUE. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS UPS STORE

My "go-to" place for my Amazon returns. Never complicated, owner very nice and so are the employees. I have gone to them, so many times over the years. I'm not sure, why some of the bad reviews, maybe some people are just not prepared as they should be, when bringing their packages in to the store. But they have always been extremely helpful to us. Super glad they are in that location, just a few miles south from my house.

I visited a local restaurant in Albuquerque on our way home from vacation and left my purse hanging on the back of a chair! I did not realize it until we were 100 miles away. I called the restaurant, and a kind, honest person turned it in. I was very panicked about how to get my purse (with my wallet, new phone, and credit cards) back to Missouri without creating a four-hour delay in our journey home. I Googled UPS stores near the restaurant and found this store. The owner, Kenny, was very compassionate and kind. He didn't make me feel like an idiot for leaving my purse. He gave me his personal cell phone number, offered to pick it up at the restaurant, and ship it. We verified it was mine by sending him a photo of me with the purse. He shipped it on Saturday afternoon, and it was on my doorstep four states away by Monday at 11:00 am! I am so thankful for Kenny's willingness to go the extra mile for a panicked person and for the honest employees and customers at the restaurant. He truly exemplified excellent customer service! Thank you so much!

I had an awful experience a few weeks ago when I tried to send a package to a P.O. Box. The package was sent back to me, so I went back to the store and talked to the same lady. Unfortunately, she was very dismissive and said, “I told you I was not sure”, and did not know how to send it properly. Her co-worker (a young boy) intervened, and his solution was to give me the address to USPS. So they charged me for the shipping, and it wasn't refunded (and told me it would have been refunded by USPS, which is nonsense). USPS sent the package and told me they just used the wrong envelope at UPS. Sadly, I’m not coming back to this location anytime soon. The older guy who used to work there was very kind and helpful.
