I had an awful experience a few weeks ago when I tried to send a package to a P.O. Box. The package was sent back to me, so I went back to the store and talked to the same lady. Unfortunately, she was very dismissive and said, “I told you I was not sure”, and did not know how to send it properly. Her co-worker (a young boy) intervened, and his solution was to give me the address to USPS. So they charged me for the shipping, and it wasn't refunded (and told me it would have been refunded by USPS, which is nonsense). USPS sent the package and told me they just used the wrong envelope at UPS. Sadly, I’m not coming back to this location anytime soon. The older guy who used to work there was very kind and helpful.

This is a locally owned location and the manager said they are “not UPS employees” and do not accept packages that require a signature for drop off even when those are generated off the UPS site. The manager was dismissive, condescending, and in no way helpful. Consider taking your package elsewhere.

Kenny,
I let latest reviews from other customers to do provide a break you’re asking. Right after leaving your store I stoped in another location by Coors Bypass and had totally different experiences. They scanned my label from my phone and put the shipping label that was paid by original shipper.
You can take the feedback from your customers and make improvement or continue to ignore them.
Stoped by for return an item and had a shipping label that was emailed to me I was told that I needed to email the shipping label and they would charge to print it. I’ve used many other UPS stores locations and never had any issue for them or their self service machine to print the label except this location. Not going to use this location.

On October 28th, I dropped off a package for pickup at your location. Before leaving the package, I specifically confirmed with the woman working at the counter whether this was possible. She then asked her coworker, who replied, “I don’t see why not.” I proceeded to ask twice whether I needed to sign anything or make any payment to ensure the package would be properly logged and available for pickup. I was told simply to write the recipient’s name on the box — nothing more was required. However, when the individual arrived to pick up the package, the same employee claimed it was not in the system and that they did not have the box. When I attempted to follow up, I called approximately seven times and received no response whatsoever. This situation is completely unacceptable. The package contained items worth approximately $100, and now I am being told it is “lost.” What’s even more concerning is that the staff on site did not make any effort to search for the package in the back or investigate further, instead dismissively stating, “Well, it’s not here.”
This lack of accountability and professionalism is extremely disappointing. I expect immediate clarification on the status of my package and an explanation of how this situation will be rectified.

I came in to return an Amazon package and had a really disappointing experience with a staff member named Jeanine. I had already used the self-service station to print my label and attach it to my box, but when she called me up, she immediately had an attitude. She told me I needed to tape my own package shut or it would cost me $5 for her to put a single strip of tape across my Amazon box even though I watched another clerk taping up other customers’ boxes without hesitation or charge.
I was forced to buy an entire roll just to complete my return. I'm not sure if charging customers to tape their package is a normal thing but this is the first time I've ever had to worry about taping my own package. I totally understand if a lot of tape was needed but it was not. She also didnt confirm that my package had the label. She had me take my package to the other side and place it against the wall instead of her doing it.
While I was there, another customer had a similar experience. He needed a small piece of Scotch tape for his envelope, and Jeanine told him he’d need to buy his own tape or pay to use theirs. Thankfully, the other employee who was actually kind and helpful stepped in and lent him some tape so he could finish his shipment.
It’s really disappointing to see such inconsistent and unhelpful service from one employee when others are doing their best to make things easier for customers.
