Today is the fact that I went to send back some boots on a free return and was charged $4 to make a shipping label here at UPS. Not all of the stores do this. This one and a few others. It is a bad look on UPS and also your employees. Your employees can print a label and not take away from their work. That's what they get paid for is to deal with shipping. I hope you fix this problem in a prompt manner.
