Probably understaffed, but they perform well given their resources. My concern: It would be great moving forward for customers to understand exactly how in-store equipment works rather than relying on uncertain verbal instructions. I came in with a big project, needing to scan over 500 pages for an archival project. The associate was kind and went above and beyond to help get me set up for scanning. The initial instructions given allowed me to work through my scans, which took a little over three hours. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a waste of three hours when it was revealed the scanner has a limitation when scanning a large load. None of my scans transferred over due to what I was told is a limitation with the in-store scanner. I was refunded, and it would save a lot of time to ensure there are clear, accurate instructions for customers wanting to utilize the in-store equipment.
