    I went in to return a modem. The process was not straight forward, Bryce the store manager Help me problem solve this and a similar situation with the women behind me in line. Then a guy came in looking to pick up a package which was not trackable in the system but he took the time to thoroughly search the office and found the package. Getting this guy back on the road as he was traveling cross country. Bryce gives old school customer service, he is a can do guy and gets the job done Rather than making excuses or putting up roadblocks. And, he does it with a smile.

    Hands down BEST experience I’ve ever had at a UPS/FedEx store! You can’t help but smile when, not 2 seconds from entering, you’re greeted with an enthusiastic and sincerely warm welcome. Stellar efficiency and professionalism accompanied the notary service and —bud-a-bing we were out the door. Thank you for the beautiful service!

    Had a package delivered to them today. Went to pick it up and was told they can't give it to me because it hasn't been checked in and that doesn't confirm they have it. To go back in about a hour. Gave them two hours went back and see my package sitting on the back counter they say they'll check on it and it shows my information. Then to be told again that it hasn't been checked in so they can't give it to me. It's ridiculous to put customers through this experience
