    The last two times ive gone the same woman there helped me send a variety of packages. She couldnt have been more helpful, knowledgable and kind. I was very pleasantly surprised

    I would leave 0 stars, but the young women at the desk have been polite and have tried to help. More than 2 weeks ago I rented a mailbox at this location. My card was charged immediately. I am STILL waiting for KEYS TO THE BOX! Apparently the Manager can't be bothered to make them.

    Wouldn't scan my Amazon returns the lady was rude about it she could have explained this is actually only a policy at this ups store and it is a ripe off to pay a 3$ printing fee anyways have to say this was bad service and the ups on coors has way better customer service

    This store manager refused to help me cause I was trying to help a little old lady do a self return from Amazon and their machine wasn't working. Then one of the other employees fwent to the self help ups machine and put her hand under the scanner and told me and the old lady look it works and walks off. Tried it again and it didn't work. These employees and "manager" don't care about their jobs.
