Cost me $22.12 because the machine printed color pages since one of my witnesses used a blue pen to initial the page. I was positive that I chose black and white copies but the machine did its own thing. When I brought it to the attention of the copy staff they said I didn’t make the right selection to suppress the machine choosing color even though I had chosen black and white. All in all I will never be returning to staples to make a copy and I suggest you don’t either.

I motioned with my hand for a supervisor to come help us and he told me I was disrespectful for waving to get his attention. Then he was really rude to the one who worked under him. I will have to find someplace else to get copies. Maybe you should remember you are there to SERVE customers politely and without offense not drive them away!
