They refused to take away the old units, pantomimed misunderstanding. Then when I get on the phone with the manager, he is rude, dismissive and hangs up on me! I am returning the Washer and Dryer to Costco, and what a horrific and frustrating experience. I am returning the washer and dryer and will NEVER use Costco for appliances again!

This they did quickly and cheerfully. I commented on how quickly they were doing the assembly and asked if they had done a lot of Casper installs. To my surprise, they had never done one. Nevertheless, they knew what they were doing. If you are contemplating a Casper bed, and live in Albuquerque, you can rest easy about what happens at this end of the purchase.
