  Probably one of the worst trained companies I've ever dealt with. They let their employees abuse their powers like they are police officers. I understand that Albuquerque can be a rough area but to treat people the way that employees of IPS treats the public as ridiculous. They need to train them how to respect the public and not abuse their power or they will never get my service. The officer at The Coors Walmart was very unprofessional and rude in front of my child all because I walked back out to lock my truck. She claims that she has the power to tell me off and talk to me like she is a police officer just because she works at IPS. There is no need to treat the public that way and they do need additional training if that's how all IPS officers work.

  On January 7th, I was aggressively contacted and surrounded by IPS security in the wal mart on Carlisle and accused of shoplifting. I am a senior citizen, working medical professional, I was in my uniform having just gotten off work at 7am. I was embarrassed and humiliated, yelled at and illegally detained by security guards for no reason. I am not, nor have I ever been a shoplifter. I had to explain my receipt to the angry young man...he could not read or understand it. I had no intention of stealing a 40 lb bag of dog food. I used to spend 500 per month at that store but will never go back as long as IPS is their "security ".

  I’m currently suing for the use of force incident that occurred at Walmart. If you have been attacked by IPS Global you aren’t the only one.

  My husband and I were at the Target on Eubank and Lomas today and there were security there but they were so rude you could at least crack a smile when somebody wishes you a Merry Christmas how hard is that I mean part of your job is to interact with the community I thought and to be a protective service for the community

  I was treated like a criminal today at a Walmart located in Carlisle and menaul minding my own business shopping everything is on camera went towards an isle to grab a root beer for a root beer float and another customer yelled and told the ips at door something and from there it escalated I was not stealing and when all 4-6 security guards where try to throw me out the front door literally one of them actually swung his fist through the air and punched me in the face I called police and am waiting for them because I am pressing charges on the security so can you please give me all the guards involved names. They should of written a report it was today 12/04/2025 about 3:00 pm
