You know you would think FedEx could find a rural address, but that's apparently not the crew. UPS knows where I'm at. Post office knows where I'm at. Even Walmart can deliver to me. But FedEx incorrect address. Then runs me all the way to Albuquerque from Veguita only to tell me customer service basically lied to me and my package wasn't there. I used to think a lot of this company. They have cost me over $150 in gas for generator and truck run time because of their incompetence. Don't expect a package to be delivered if he's shipping with FedEx... They couldn't find their head if it wasn't attached

FEDEX SUCKS! LITERALLY! Every. Single. Time. Today package left out side gate, almost in driveway. If your job is a delivery person, deliver the damn package! Thank goodness I was home. Package was heavy, took a few minutes for me to get in in the courtyard, which once again the delivery person could've done, as requested ON ALL OUR ORDERS! Why is it FEDEX is the only company that will not follow instructions! Last time a delivery came it was thrown across courtyard... could barely find it. If the ABQ office isn't going to listen or do anything.... what about corporate.... or does the whole system just not care.... WISH I COULD REQUEST A DELIVERY COMPANY.... IT WOULDN'T BE FEDEX!!!!

would select -1 if possible. Had medicine that required to be kept cold sent overnight in cold-pac. 3 days later still has not arrived. Needless to say the medicine is no longer good. and when you try to contact someone to request help you get a automated phone system that is basically just a verbal extension of their chatbot. No help at all, just gives you a tracking status. Ya I already know it is not delivered yet. and if you are lucky enough to get through to their "support center" it is with someone who is basically just reading from a script that was written for the chatbot. i.e. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL

The parcel did not get delivered to my address. There was no one at a local Federal Express office to answer the telephone.
