This is right before I put in a bbb complaint I been home all day and needed this item for work my door wasn't knocked on my door bell wasn't rang I called and talk to a supervisor and was told my delivery would be attempted again today a few hours after the phone call it'll be updated and said I wouldn't be reattempted until Monday so now the company is just straight up lying shows a lot of integrity I'm going to make sure that the driver and the supervisor that told me to delivery was going to be attempted to get reprimanded

I live in Placitas. Over the past six months I have experienced five different occasions where FedEx delivery people have made false reports to FedEx that they have attempted delivery to my address but in fact they have not (each time I was home -- waiting all day long for deliveries that never came). Today's two-day express mailed package of temperature-sensitive goods not being delivered was the latest such episode. Today the FedEx driver AGAIN posted a false photo supposedly showing delivery was attempted, but the photo wasn't even of my residence. This regular phenomenon occurs because I am at the end of their delivery route, and they have better things to do instead of their job. I have never had this problem with UPS -- ever. I strongly recommend not using FedEx anywhere in the Albuquerque area or even in New Mexico. FedEx clearly has a significant problem with the quality and honesty of their employees in this area, and have a company culture that tolerates unacceptable work behavior and conduct. Apparently, lying employees are just fine by FedEx management. Note that in each instance I called FedEx by telephone to report each incident, and also reported the false photos and reports. FedEx is clearly not listening. Avoid this carrier at all costs.

To Mark the Lazy Delivery guy. Who cant read or use a simple GPS map. This lazy guy took a picture from 4201-4209 San Pedro Blvd, San Pedro Village apartments. And claimed it was my address and my apartments and our gates kept him out. First off. My address is 5327 Montgomery Blvd and the apartments are called North Park apartments. Secondly, my apartments gave FedEx a passkey to get into the apartment complex. Mark, Cleary wanted to shorten his route by not attempting to deliver my package. Also if you look at the picture, hes sitting on the San Pedro Blvd road. Not at the gate not at the correct location. Cleary Mark doesn't care to do his job correctly. Lazy Lazy Lazy. Hope you got off early guy
