Danielle was unprofessional and not customer-oriented. From the beginning of the interaction, she came across as rude and dismissive, making the experience uncomfortable and confrontational. I provided three separate tracking numbers confirming the package was at the location, and I had already spoken with a FedEx representative who confirmed I could pick it up. Danielle’s response was, “I don’t know why they tell you that, I don’t know,” and she seemed uninterested in resolving the issue or offering any help. After reading other reviews mentioning similar experiences with her, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident but a recurring pattern. FedEx should do better.

They left priority mail by my gate in a snowstorm. I found it almost a month later buried in the mud no alerts nothing

Danielle was extremely rude, standoffish, and not customer-oriented. From the moment we spoke with her, the interaction felt confrontational and uncomfortable — as if we were in trouble just for asking a question. When I politely asked if there was someone else we could speak with, she walked to the back and returned with our package, stating that we were not allowed to pick it up. The package clearly stated “in care of” a specific person or business, but she refused to look at the label and became argumentative rather than helpful. There was no attempt to clarify, assist, or de-escalate the situation. Basic customer service and professionalism were completely lacking. Hopefully she has a better day and remembers that kindness and clear communication go a long way, especially in a customer-facing role.

You know you would think FedEx could find a rural address, but that's apparently not the crew. UPS knows where I'm at. Post office knows where I'm at. Even Walmart can deliver to me. But FedEx incorrect address. Then runs me all the way to Albuquerque from Veguita only to tell me customer service basically lied to me and my package wasn't there. I used to think a lot of this company. They have cost me over $150 in gas for generator and truck run time because of their incompetence. Don't expect a package to be delivered if he's shipping with FedEx... They couldn't find their head if it wasn't attached
