Hopefully she has a better day and remembers that kindness and clear communication go a long way, especially in a customer-facing role.

Even Walmart can deliver to me. But FedEx incorrect address. Then runs me all the way to Albuquerque from Veguita only to tell me customer service basically lied to me and my package wasn't there. I used to think a lot of this company. They have cost me over $150 in gas for generator and truck run time because of their incompetence. Don't expect a package to be delivered if he's shipping with FedEx... They couldn't find their head if it wasn't attached
