I took a large envelop to this fed ex office for delivery because the usps clerk said the address was incomplete and it couldn’t be mailed. Having a very difficult day because my husband very recently passed away and I was trying to mail the forms and death certificate for his life insurance. I was using the address from the form, but it was inadequate. The Fed Ex person, (Mitch) agreed that the address was insufficient, HOWEVER, he looked up the government building, checked Google Maps, and also found a way to look at the building to verify its location and specific street address. He went above and beyond to help me. Best experience ever.

Most uncomfortable experience in any shipping store nationwide. They inspect the boxes, interrogate, opened the box on front of me, and tried to sell me bubble wrap and all kinds of junk. They don’t help at all. Find another FedEx location.
