Having a very difficult day because my husband very recently passed away and I was trying to mail the forms and death certificate for his life insurance. I was using the address from the form, but it was inadequate. The Fed Ex person, (Mitch) agreed that the address was insufficient, HOWEVER, he looked up the government building, checked Google Maps, and also found a way to look at the building to verify its location and specific street address. He went above and beyond to help me. Best experience ever.
