I’ve been coming to this FedEx Office Print and Ship Center for over 10 years, easily 100+ visits, and it honestly feels like a disgrace that I’m only now leaving a review — because I’ve never once had a reason to complain. Today is the day I finally had to say something. This review is specifically for Meredell and Alan. Meredell was the one who originally helped me at the counter. I came in with a very specific, technical issue and needed a box that was extremely hard to find. She immediately stepped in, listened carefully, and worked through the problem with patience and professionalism. While Meredell was boxing up my item, Alan jumped in without hesitation to help tape and secure everything properly. It was a true team effort — no ego, no “that’s not my job,” just two people working together to get the job done right. That moment says everything. They represent something I live by and say often: “Love what you do — which is helping the next human complete a task successfully.” That is exactly what I witnessed. I had just come from a UPS Store where the customer service wasn’t even close to this experience. The only reason I’m shipping through UPS is because the warranty department required it — otherwise I would have chosen FedEx without hesitation. Even knowing that, Meredell and Alan treated me with respect, care, and genuine effort. No rushing. No dismissiveness. Just solid, professional help from start to finish. Their attitude, teamwork, and selfless professionalism should absolutely be recognized by ownership and corporate. This is the kind of service that makes customers loyal for years.
