Terrible rude location, brought 2 pre packaged and labeled packages into the store to drop off, wouldn’t take it saying I had to let him repackage both in a fed ex box…. I never heard of this I go to a location down the street they take the box no problem. Avoid this upselling terrible location. The male working was short and heavy set, very rude and terrible ( only describing so if they are asked by corporate he doesn’t try to blame the female co-worker) to try to upsell someone who has spent thousands with this company shipping goods.

My husband, a fedex express employee, transfered from albuquerque to rolla missouri. We ship his medication to him twice a month using his discount as he is the recipient party. Brandon refused to ship his medication to him using his discount because my husband was not there, yet the name on badge photo and the recipient name on the package were the same. He made our son pay full price to overnight my husband's meds to him. What good is my husband's employee discount if we cant use it to ship his medication to him? I will not use this location ever again, until their employees are properly trained. We never have this problem at Renaissance or Juan Tabo. Its unfortunate that this location was the closest place to my son's work. But we will know better next time.

I used this office for some poster printing and they went above and beyond to help me with the electronic images. The posters looked good and the service was excellent!

My bad experience started with the front door. It appears to have been jimmied. Maybe the door could be fixed so that it opens properly.
I wanted to print from my usb, but the reader on the printer didn't work. I started the process again on another printer and had the same results.
What a waste of time! Beware.
