The new owner of this Alphagraphics, Julie Robinson, and her husband took advantage of this and informed those who called regarding these letters that these requests were lies and it was a fraudulent attempt on my part to collect these debts. Nothing could be further from the truth. She and her husband even collected some of these debts and KEPT THEM. Are these the type of people you want to do business with?
- PZPaulie ZAug 19, 20141.0I just had to share my experience over the last 5 weeks. I walked in off the street and spoke to Patrick. He seemed professional and wanted my business (we needed a banner sign and Biz cards and labels for a small business) He repeatedly took days to a week just to respond to my calls or email then finally sent me a quote that was about double what we talked about in person. After not getting an answer from him again, I called to complain and my "account" was assigned to Curtis. Curtis was responsive but it has taken literally 5 weeks to get a quote for the banner. I went down there today to pay and order it and (really) there was suddenly confusion as to why my banner was quoted so cheap (230.00) and the boss told me there was a mistake in the price and even though Curtis emailed me with the 230.00 quote, in writing, she said they wouldn't honor it and I walked out. The way I see it they owe me about 20.00 for gas money with the three trips I made down there. I rate this one of the worst businesses I have ever tried to start a relationship with.
