They were unable to book and keep a solid appointment time and followed a schedule that was convenient for their drivers only ("we'll be there between the hours of 9-5 M-F"). When I called to ask to be moved to a different day after the holiday weekend, they said they would not reschedule me and directly HUNG UP THE PHONE. Clearly a small operation with no customer service or interest in returning business.
