  A complete waste of money the only thing they did good was leave us alone during our stay other than that I would never recommend someone renting from them they charge ridiculous amounts that don’t include any utilities then on top of that when you move in every room is full of rat poop, dead cockroaches, and dust. When we moved out we wanted as much of our deposit back as possible we took 3 days to thoroughly clean our house we swept and mopped every room took out the drawers to our fridge and cleaned inside, cleaned the oven, wiped down the toilets you name it we clean it amongst all that we forgot I would say maybe 10 pieces of white tape on the wall and that was there excuses as to why it was going to be a $250 cleaning charge but at the same time they also charged a $45 “repair” charge that also said it’s the removal of the tape as well so $300 total for pieces of tape on the wall! Then they charged for $430 for a yard cleaning that is ridiculous because it’s so obvious that they just wax every dollar they possibly can. When we lived at our apartments we were aware before hand about what they expect and closing and exactly what the cost would’ve been for things like carpet cleaning and such as opposed to over here I kept asking and I know she didn’t want to tell me because I’m sure she knows it was going to be close to $750 for very petty charges. We definitely left that house in better shape then we received it yet we are being charged with more than half our security deposit we left $1350 total and received $550 back I am beyond pissed. Another note is they are not afraid to act unprofessional and get attitude when you bring up anything to them.

  DO NOT EVER RENT FROM COUTURE BROKERAGE OR TONI!!!! SHE CLAIMS ANY BAD REVIEW IS FROM A DISGRUNTLED TENANT WHO DIDNT GET THEIR DEPOSIT BACK. I received my deposit back because I took care of the property but that doesn't change the fact that Toni is a slum lord. She does not upkeep or improve her properties and yet she raises rents indiscriminately. She lets her tenants live in apartments that are falling apart and unsafe. She allows her maintenance team to leave trash and sharp objects scattered around the property for weeks before ensuring they clean it up. Toni leaves tenants without heat and cooling services for extended periods of time and does not respond to maintenance calls in an appropriate time frame. She is a predatory landlord that takes advantage of her tenants. She has horrible customer service and will verbally abuse her tenants when they complain or question the services she is providing. Toni should have her real estate license revoked and she shouldn't be allowed to rent housing to anyone ever again.

  Our owners decided to switch managers and I am super disappointed. Couture has always been fair and they don’t fee you to death. My new management charges $2.95 just to pay rent via EFT. That’s the cost of doing business.. if they collect 10%in fees then eat that cost of collecting payments.. I miss Toni’s team already
