With the corporate office making their location run so bare bones, the employees cannot even do the job that they were hired for. This is a last ditch attempt of a failing company to try to squeeze every penny out For their CEO or shareholders-before they close the doors! I watched these people come in for Amazon returns, and they are rude, inconsiderate and impatient with the staff while everybody is working their butts off! Hey, maybe quit trying to block completely honest reviews, You created this environment now deal with it! Make a better environment for your employees so your customers don’t leave crappy reviews!!

Every time I come in, there is some customer treating the employees like absolute garbage over their Amazon return! Why is Staples corporate allowing this to happen!? Isn’t Amazon a big enough company to take care of their own returns? Also, why would you help your competitor? They know Amazon is the reason the brick and mortar store is dying, right? Staples do better by your employees! They are the backbone of your company! But I guess all you care about is your bottom line you wouldn’t be taking on things such as Amazon and party city if you were a thriving company!!

They were able to answer my questions about using the UPS services at their location and were very patient as I got my packages together. They also do a great job with rush print jobs and are very reasonably priced! They even provided suggestions on additional printing options I had not considered. I highly recommend using this store for printing and shippung needs, as well as general office supply purchases!
