We recently had a courtesy closing with them and not super impressed. I'm a previous Licensed Closing Agent, in another city, so perhaps my expectations were too high. They didn't even have us on the schedule, even though the time had been set through email. A few other things but ultimately they have lots of room for improvement and could benefit from a professional coming in and helping them streamline the company.

The most unproffesional title company ever. Sue Danekas is always promising to send the closing documents, lying and saying that she has sent an email and we never received anything. The have an aggressive attitude when I call to find out what is going on. Never return calls. This company is just a circus.
