What is the purpose of having clients fill out directives for how to transfer funds if there is no intention of honoring those directives. Then to blame one of the client's behavior for the incompetence is simply childish. Also, I was not notified when my check was available to pick up.

The have an aggressive attitude when I call to find out what is going on. Never return calls. This company is just a circus.
