Because of that great experience, we went back in December 2025 when my daughter needed a plan, and once again, Prapti made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and ensured we got the best value possible. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care for customers make her an exceptional representative for Virgin Mobile.
