The manager, Matthew, saw that all customer service agents were busy so he took us to the back area to serve us. Matthew’s customer service was above and beyond expectations. It was a lengthy process that he walked us through step by step ensuring we had all the necessary information to make an informed decision. We were able to meet his full team who all were friendly, engaging and eagerly helped all customers. By far the smoothest and most enjoyable cell phone upgrade I have had.
