- LTLatresse Thornton2 days ago1.0I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service at the United States Postal Service location I visited. What should have been a quick, simple task—buying a book of stamps—turned into a frustrating and time-consuming experience. The line was unnecessarily long, and there were no efficient alternatives available for basic services. In today’s world, it’s unacceptable that something as simple as purchasing stamps still requires waiting in line for a clerk. There should absolutely be a self-service machine or kiosk to handle quick transactions like this. The lack of modernization and consideration for customers’ time is very apparent. For a service that people rely on regularly, this location falls far behind in convenience and efficiency. Installing a self-service machine for basic needs like stamps isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. I truly hope improvements are made, because right now, the experience does not meet even the most basic expectations.

- TBTori BernekFeb 9, 20261.0My eye glasses were suppose to be delivered saturday. when I checked tracking it said out for delivery .. a hour later said “ moved. No forward address” so today (Monday) I personally went up to post office and was told even though I still live there my forward expired ???? I have no clue but they said it was BACK out for delivery today. It’s now Monday night and tracking says it’s back at post office AGAIN. Thanks for nothing
