- JJjdavis61987Oct 27, 20251.0I came to the store to do fingerprint scanning as they now offer that at the store. They have a little kiosk at the front desk. I made it clear from the start to the front desk that I was having difficulty with the machine obtaining fingerprints. The scanner was sensitive and I was getting frustrated. Yes, the store was busy, but I do not feel that is an excuse for a poor attitude. The woman at the front desk instructing me was impatient, condescending, and quite frankly made me feel like I was lacking intelligence because I couldn’t operate the machine. It may not seem like a big deal as it is just an insignificant fingerprint machine. However, companies like this should pride themselves on customer service and manners. Rest assured, if I need to go to UPS in the future, I will never go to this location.
