  If I could give this location less than a star, I would. About a month ago I ordered a package to this location. I received a notification stating the package had arrived, when I went to pick it up I was told the package was not there. I was then advised by the worker there to wait for one more day & call to see if it arrived. The following day I did call & again, I was told my package was not there. I then called UPS customer service and I was told my package was picked up the day before. I called the UPS store back to inform them of this and they said “oh yes seems like someone picked it up.” Weird how they couldn’t verify this the last two times I contacted them, right? I was not who picked up the package and this package required ID to be picked up. The guy on the phone basically told me tough luck, that whoever picked it up had ID then and all I could do was file a police report if I really wanted to. Well I did, turns out they did not check for ID and they conveniently don’t have any camera footage or recollection of this. Honestly, worst experience I have ever had with UPS. Will never be returning here.

  During my recent visit, I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Mike, who was rude and disrespectful. My children, ages 5 and 8, were simply waiting for me in the store, yet everything they did seemed to irritate him. I was there to return a package from Amazon, and as I was leaving, he followed me outside and told me I wasn’t allowed to return a package that way. When I went back in to correct the issue, I asked if there was anything else I needed to fix. With an attitude, he responded, “I only asked you to fix the one with the box. You can leave.” This type of behavior shows a lack of proper customer service training. I work in a similar industry and know how customers should be treated, and this was certainly not acceptable. I felt disrespected, not only toward myself but also toward my children. I also believe there may have been discriminatory behavior. Because of this experience, I will be avoiding this location in the future.
