  During my recent visit, I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Mike, who was rude and disrespectful. My children, ages 5 and 8, were simply waiting for me in the store, yet everything they did seemed to irritate him. I was there to return a package from Amazon, and as I was leaving, he followed me outside and told me I wasn’t allowed to return a package that way. When I went back in to correct the issue, I asked if there was anything else I needed to fix. With an attitude, he responded, “I only asked you to fix the one with the box. You can leave.” This type of behavior shows a lack of proper customer service training. I work in a similar industry and know how customers should be treated, and this was certainly not acceptable. I felt disrespected, not only toward myself but also toward my children. I also believe there may have been discriminatory behavior. Because of this experience, I will be avoiding this location in the future.

  I walked in to drop off a package and politely asked the older man behind the counter if there was a recycling bin nearby for my water bottle. He said, “Did you only come in here to throw out trash?” I looked at him and replied, “No… I’m dropping off a package.” Judging by the other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who’s had a strange interaction with this person. Honestly, some people must be living really sad, bitter lives to speak to others like that. Completely unnecessary attitude & unprofessional.
