  If I could give this place a zero I totally would. I was here trying to return something to Amazon and Tim was very nasty. I asked him for a WiFi account or something because I was having issues with my internet. He said there is no WiFi. You can use someone else WiFi. Long story short got it to work and was told I needed to send the label to their email so he can print it. ( A $4 fee plus tax )On top of the sheet it states WiFi ups and I said I thought you said there is no WiFi. He said there’s no password so it’s like not having it. I said ok, but you could have told me it’s an open WiFi that anyone can log into. He’s arguing with me. I said you should not argue with a customer. I said I am going to write a review and he basically Shrugged his shoulder and continue to argue with me. Tim is very unprofessional.

  I am here to change my 1 star review to 5 stars! The new ownership is fantastic! Good vibes and very helpful staff! I also love the way the place is decorated now. It’s a whole new vibe when you walk in the building. I no longer dread going there. Keep up the great work!

  They charge a $4 dollar "computer access fee" just to print 1 page, a fee I've never encountered at the 5 other stores I've been to. Go somewhere else.

  was ignored for like 10 minutes, while attendant was running to the back and "busy" when i was finally taken care of, was a rush and attendant seemed bothered.
