- REroselia emilJan 16, 20261.0⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very unpleasant experience at the West Orange Post Office. The two women working there were extremely rude and unwelcoming. They were talking and laughing with each other, but the moment a customer walked in, their attitudes completely changed. No greeting back, no courtesy, just looks that made you feel like you were a problem for being there. I went in to drop off packages for my small business, and I was told I could only drop off 10 packages and had to take the rest to another location. When I questioned it, I was told this was “policy,” which is not true. It felt like an excuse rather than an actual rule. One of the clerks seemed ready to argue instead of help. As a small business owner, I rely on the post office to ship orders. There is no reason customers should be treated this way, If customer service is part of the job, and put food on your table it should be done with basic respect. Very disappointing experience

I'm giving it an additional star because the mail delivery team is great, but the clerks here sadly do the bare minimum. I make the extra effort to drive out to the Roseland location because their clerk team is night and day compared to the ones here.
- KSKassandra SantosSep 13, 20255.0not sure of the ladies name that works there but she handled a situation with so much grace and patience. it was truly extraordinary. the entitlement of people is insane. there was a gentleman that was trying to figure out why his change of address didn’t go through and after telling him what he needed to do he kept persisting that it was her problem to deal with. but she kept her cool and helped him. my praise and thanks to that woman.
