There’s a line to the exit door and Somoia decides to say no to me and proceeds to add a card board to her window. She ends up removing the cardboard eventually because the line is super long. She doesn’t greet me and has an attitude the whole time assisting me. Won’t be coming here for my services anymore.

Unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. This location has long been understaffed, resulting in extended and unreasonable wait times for customers. On numerous occasions, I have encountered long lines with only minimal staffing available. Despite repeated mass hiring efforts, the post office continues to appear understaffed. Today, for example, there was only one employee working at the service window while a large number of customers waited patiently in line.
