- ASA SAug 6, 20251.0Horrible experience. The guy who works there is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I got there at 9am, there was a line waiting to go in. The man who was supposed to open USPS didn’t have the keys, had an attitude, and then took about 20 minutes to open the place. Leaving me and 3 others to leave because we had to rush to work. Then today I handed him a package with a QR code which I’ve done numerous times at various USPS places before. This man said he didn’t know how to do that and spoke down to me the entire time. Many people have complained about this man. He needs to be let go.

I never sent something within the US so I asked her about the options and she also gave me a free bubble wrap envelope (or maybe that’s normal here I’m not sure). I thanked her and smiled and she smiled back at me and didn’t seem like people described her at all. I think you all need to work on your own kindness because people usually just match what you sent out :)

She refused to take packages that are bigger than a small box and she tells you, oh this is why you need to go to big post office. Really?! I live a block away, you want me to carry this 25lb box to post office over a mile away? She cares only to sell stamps and accept incoming mail. Oh my goodness, what a nightmare. This woman needs to retire.
