Unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. This location has long been understaffed, resulting in extended and unreasonable wait times for customers. On numerous occasions, I have encountered long lines with only minimal staffing available. Despite repeated mass hiring efforts, the post office continues to appear understaffed. Today, for example, there was only one employee working at the service window while a large number of customers waited patiently in line.

I have called the 1-800# and still have difficulty speaking with a live agent. I was supposed to receive a package today and received a notification of attempted delivery because "there wasn't a secure location" to leave the pacakage. - There is the mailroom, Locker System, Concierge/Security, or even knocking on the addressee's door. I immediately went downstairs to the reception area and no mail person in sight.
