  Do NOT go to this UPS Store if you want reasonable customer service. Tried to return an Amazon package at this franchise location. Return instructions were to use customer packaging. I put it in an Amazon box something else had come in. I was told that the box was not quality enough to meet the manager’s standards, and a box would be $8.00. I pushed back saying no. The price was reduced to $6.00. Nope. This went on until the box the manager insisted on using was “free, this time”, and he cut open my taped box. Then told me it would be a dollar for the tape to close [the new “free this time”] box. When I picked up the package to leave, he told me he could accept $0.50. I walked out. When I went to another local UPS Store, they accepted the box, taped it up with a thank you and I was on my way. It’s atrocious that they are nickel and diming customers returning Amazon packages. If you don’t want to take packages in as a free service, don’t participate.

  This place smells like pure, unrepentant body odor. From the second the door cracks open it takes over everything. Save yourself and go to literally any other location. It's mind boggling there's not more reviews of the smell.
