  This place smells like pure, unrepentant body odor. From the second the door cracks open it takes over everything. Save yourself and go to literally any other location. It's mind boggling there's not more reviews of the smell.

  Crazy to me how I sold something online (not my first time) but it was my first time using this place. I weighed the package at home came to 2lbs. I put in in a box it came to 3lbs & a couple ozs. It was prepaid shipping since I listed the item at 3lbs & the couple ozs. It’s time for me to get paid & find out they charged Mercari $88 to ship a 3lb item! Claiming it weighted 28lbs! Mercari than took my pay for that item completely! So in a nutshell shell I sold an item for free because they are liars & thieves! The receipt even says the item packaged weighed 3lbs! I will never use this place to ship anything ever again! Disgusted!

  Unbelievable. The poor customer service, STILL not friendly and 13 minutes late today. 3 people left while we were waiting for employees to open at 10 o’clock. They really don’t care. They don’t acknowledge you, half the time they’re on their phones (ear buds). Wish previous owners were still there. I posted this the same day it happened. Your employees were late. No need to call you, ask them why they were late. The rest is self explanatory.
