  The UPS in that location counts with great employees, never had problems with them to return or shipping anything, very nice people, ready to help you, thank you guys

  The woman working here in the mornings (forgive me for not knowing her first name) has got to be the most efficient, professional and helpful associate I’ve ever met! She juggles customers with ease and efficiency every time I come in (and I come here a lot). I hope I’m not the only one to be sharing this…because she deserves a mountain of praise! Well done

  Update - manager called me and promised their service would improved and last time I went in there was no issue with customer service. recently moved to the area and have returned several items to this UPS store. The staff working here are extraordinary rude and deeply unhappy to be doing their jobs. Borderline confrontational and I see the exact same behavior to the customers in front and behind me in line. I’m not sure who owns this store but you need to hire new staff asap. It’s not ok to feel like you are a problem for using your store. I’ve used other UPS stores in the area without issue and will avoid this one as long as this is the type of customer service provided

  Weirdest experience ever. Almost comically bad customer service, felt like I was being pranked. Hope my package makes it LOL

  The man working the counter is the absolute most rude and unprofessional worker I have ever come across. I walk into the store and he sees me get to the counter yet proceeds to chit chat with his worker for another 30 seconds while I stand there awkwardly. He walks up to the counter, doesn’t make eye contact and doesn’t greet me so I say “how are you doing?” And he says “whazzzgood.” I ask him a question about sending a package and he responds with “uhh I don’t know”. I then try to ask it a different way to get some form of a response and he again says “yeah I don’t know”. Ok no problem, I decide to walk out with my package and went to a different location and the front desk person there was MORE than helpful. It’s not surprising at all to see how many bad reviews this person has gotten on here. I can assure you that many people will start to avoid this store completely simply due to the attitude of this worker
