  This UPS store has excellent service. David helped me today and he was so professional and friendly. He was patient and was able to get me the information I needed to make my decision on my package. Every time I come here all the workers are great! Thanks again David for your help! Dana-Maree :)

  Every time I come the attitude from ALL the staff like how dare you come with a box to the ups store😂. If you make a mistake or missing something they will just ignore you.

  I usually go to Shrewsbury and they are friendly and excellent. But today the Long Branch location was on my way. When I got to the store, an employee was standing out the back door smoking a cigarette and acted like I did something wrong by walking in. I said I was sorry for interrupting his smoke. And he wouldn’t say anything to me or make eye contact. He was extremely impolite after that. I will never go back to this location ever again.
