  I was so happy to return to this store that is under new management. The store owner and assistant Chris were incredibly helpful! I had just lost my parent and they took the time necessary to carefully package all my items with exceptional skill. I needed shipments to go to five different addresses of my family members and they made it seem like no problem. They were kind, considerate, and patient. They could not have known I ship things as a business in California. That said, I was very, very impressed with their choice of packaging and strategies, like double boxing, to ensure safe shipping of items. I didn’t need to instruct them at all. It is a Huge improvement from previous owners/managers. I was worried going in but I had no choice. Return to this store if you have been gone for a while. I’d give them 6 stars for extra credit if I could.

  The team here at the ups store in west Caldwell is amazing, fast and efficient.

  Andrew has been super helpful and kind! I needed to print out baby shower invitations and he was very knowledgeable and printed all of the things I needed very quickly even though he was busy with other customers. He was attentive and showed me a sample which was great on the first go around! I’ll definitely be back to print out some more things at this location.
