I had pre printed a shipping label and it wasn’t scanning and he immediately helped me an told me it wasn’t a problem that I could email it and he would print it for me. On top of that he was extremely attentive to the other customers in line. I definitely would recommend this ups!

I had just lost my parent and they took the time necessary to carefully package all my items with exceptional skill. I needed shipments to go to five different addresses of my family members and they made it seem like no problem. They were kind, considerate, and patient. They could not have known I ship things as a business in California. That said, I was very, very impressed with their choice of packaging and strategies, like double boxing, to ensure safe shipping of items. I didn’t need to instruct them at all. It is a Huge improvement from previous owners/managers. I was worried going in but I had no choice. Return to this store if you have been gone for a while. I’d give them 6 stars for extra credit if I could.
