We have had to change accounts twice. Big issue at west berlin postal area. Also these checks are put in a postal box, so the only people that have access to these are the postal workers.

The problem is that I was home and no one ever knocked on the door- I have two dogs so I would know for sure if someone had. No notice was left on the door. Good luck trying to contact anyone and the website is useless. No wonder the USPS gets closer to going down the drain every day.
