- TMT MacFeb 26, 20261.0This review is the very rude and disrespectful caucasion older heavy framed woman that works at the front desk. Came in and she took one rude look at me and turned her back to me to gossip talk to another employee in the back. Not even a hello ill be with you aor anything, jusy completly ignored me until she finally turned aroumd and gave me a nasty look like i was bothering her. When i asked a question she talked to me like i was stupid or something! I noticed she already has a lot of complaints and needs to be fired!!!!!!

I come in with a positive attitude and always leave with a bad taste in my mouth. I avoid this location as much as possible but without fail, the few times a year I go, she always makes an unsolicited rude comment. Hopefully she retires soon🥰
- RRRuthpaulDec 19, 20251.0I have never met a more rude and awful person as the lady at the front. The white lady with lighter brown hair always up in a bun, sometimes has glasses . She’s always there so you know who I’m talking about. She is the worst person i have ever met at the post office and I hope she continue to live a miserable life. The young man in there is always so sweet and kind, I feel for him that he has to deal with her everyday.

- GPGloria PoticherNov 5, 20251.0There is someone in the office stealing checks and they are washing them. Third time a check has been taken from the mail and wash. We have had to change accounts twice. Big issue at west berlin postal area. Also these checks are put in a postal box, so the only people that have access to these are the postal workers.
