- EBElder Linda BrownFeb 23, 20231.0I rent a p.o. box at the Wenonah post office for my nonprofit. I don't go much because I don't get that much mail. An older box was assigned. It sticks at times. God forbid if I ask for help. I was in a car accident and didn't get my mail for a couple of months. One of the workers made snide remarks. A contributor donated some things to us for an event. We never got it. Why? It was sent back to the recipient with a yellow sticker saying that it was undeliverable. How is that possible? I heard that from others. The mismanagement and lack of customer service makes this experience one of the worse. I will not be renewing my lease.
