I return back at 2:32PM and were pleased that their sign was accurate and they were actually open. ~4 people were in-line at this time. Service was efficient and easy enough to send a piece of certified mail.

I came in at 1:22pm, and there is a sign saying ‘out to lunch will be back 2:15pm’ and I thought I could leave the package in the counters area, but the assistant has locked all the counters, so there is no way to drop off my package. They are out of staff for sure.

- CCCi CiFeb 24, 20261.0Inconsistent lunch hours. Every time I come the worker is always on lunch. The lady takes a late lunch sometimes until 2pm sometimes until 2:30pm. When she’s not here they take it at different hours. With only one person, it would be helpful if the lunch hour was set at either 12-1pm or 1- 2pm. But to come past 2pm and have to wait 30+ minutes is extremely inconvenient. She’s also very passive aggressive and sometimes rude. Disappointed.
