- PGPetey GrizzFeb 11, 20231.0The location it’s fine, it’s the USPS as a whole that’s trash. They like to notify you that a package is arriving today then two hours later tell you it’s a thousand miles away still. It’s just a sign of the absolute disregard this country has for its own citizens.
- MAMartin AlbertJun 8, 20213.0This office is generally efficient and a nice place to goto because its a smaller office and normally the lines here are short. Most of the employees are efficient and a pleasure to deal with so my experience yesterday is not typical. Well, yesterday I saw the sign on the door saying face masks were required but assumed the sign was old and hadn't been removed. The man behind the counter informed me masks were required. He was not rude but mistaken as I also use other offices in the area and they do not force customers to wear masks. The rules have changed and he is either out-of-date with USPS policy or making his own rules. I told him he was mistaken but went out to my car and got the old mask. I complied however the USPS as of now is not forcing customers to wear masks. Employees are being told to wear them but customers are not required to wear them it is official policy. I suggest management at this office needs to keep their employees current on USPS policy knowing the rules. This would probably help them run their office with less confusion.
