- AAannaJul 18, 20251.0I went in today around 2:30pm had one of the worst experiences this lady with darker complexion was wearing a hat, the minute I walked was giving me attitude I was being kind as I usually am to any customer service worker and anything I would ask would be a annoyed or disregarding answer, after she literally SLAMMED my mail on the printer when I was paying for it so I asked her what the attitude was about, she claimed I was being rude first and she was just “matching my energy” which is so false when I was just simply asking questions. I don’t know how you keep someone hired still that is clearly not mentally okay and not able to work customer service and is very emotional. Shame on the management

My wife asked her if she could explain the price difference and she got very upset because we were waiting and she was talking on the phone, we had to wait for her to finish talking on the phone for her to attend to us, it seems that she did not like being interrupted, they should not have that kind of people in a job, they should have people who work with a good customer service attitude.
