- AAannaJul 18, 20251.0I went in today around 2:30pm had one of the worst experiences this lady with darker complexion was wearing a hat, the minute I walked was giving me attitude I was being kind as I usually am to any customer service worker and anything I would ask would be a annoyed or disregarding answer, after she literally SLAMMED my mail on the printer when I was paying for it so I asked her what the attitude was about, she claimed I was being rude first and she was just “matching my energy” which is so false when I was just simply asking questions. I don’t know how you keep someone hired still that is clearly not mentally okay and not able to work customer service and is very emotional. Shame on the management

Only if it is convenient or I'm shipping something nearby. The rough thing is that there are not too many post offices in the immediate area. Watch when the times they are open because they have changed the hours again. Nothing special about this location. I just would never recommend it. Very sad how the post office has been getting worse in a lot of areas around the country thanks to politics. SMH ! Final Verdict: Two Stars ⭐⭐
- NGNurdi GirlJun 23, 20215.0Im shocked with some of the ratings for this location but it also matches some of the sour attitudes that I have witnessed being brought through the door. I've been going in here for the last 4 years and I've never had a problem with service or attitude. I've always been greeted kindly and treated with respect. If the clerk is on her phone, it has never gotten in the way of my service. I appreciate that it is an extreme convenience to have this location available to drop off packages. If you have postage paid items and don't require a receipt, you can drop them on the counter and go. Since it is a small local Post Office branch, its convenience is offset by limited hours and staffing. This makes sense and I plan my trips accordingly. My suggestion would be to travel the extra 4-5 miles to the Warren location which is open until 7 if you have something complex and/or time consuming to deal with as the lines in Watchung can be hit or miss especially during the holidays.
