- AHAliyah HJan 24, 20251.0Literally standing and waiting for a money order for 30 mins and instead of the husky broad back lady that does them actually helping me she just had me standing there waiting, no type of customer service at all. There was someone getting a passport which we ALL know takes time, instead of her checking me out quickly and finishing up with them I’m just standing there and I walked out. Mean it’s another women checking ppl out quickly with packages TEACH all your workers how to do money orders.

Mind is blown every single time I go in there and am met with that level of customer service. I think the gentleman’s name is Pete with the red hair who has always consistently been so helpful and so patient - man, he is such a wonderful person to come into contact with over the years. Monica tonight was also exceptionally friendly, helpful and super patient with a big crowd of less than patient (as per usual) customers! Kudos to them - I will probably just start to drive here instead of using my own town’s post office 💯
