The whole issue with this branch is definitely the customer service! The approach of the clerk is like is giving services for free. No sense of helping the customers. An answers to a question (obviously related to their services) is coming so vague. Today, a guy behind me claimed the he received a package, according to the tracking #, but the parcel arrived to the branch, no willing to look around. One time Bill accused a customer for stealing because she didn’t put the weight correctly on slip. The lady apologized to him, and explained that she doesn’t have a scale home and that is the weight that she could approximate it, but will not be any problem if he can correct it. I’m wondering how we can help this people to understand that is not this way to serve our community.
