  Listen, the reviews below are true. This branch has a low rating because they are not nice. I stood in line for a while and watched the two Indian ladies interact with the customers. They were especially rude to the lady in front of me and excused it with “well, everyone is on break and we are very busy”. When it came to my turn, the woman refused to help me because she didn’t like how my package was taped and was sure to educate me on the $100 my package was worth if they lost it due to my tape job. Then told me she wouldn’t scan my package and go use the self serve kiosk. Honestly, I’ve never had a postal worker act like that. The people at the Marlkress location are so very nice that I was kind of taken back. I would go elsewhere if you need additional services, other than basic mailing, and need to interact with post office staff… if you would like a more positive experience.

  Post offices are usually a nightmare by design, but this one is actually great. Despite the low bar for the industry, the staff here is helpful, proactive, and kind. I bypass other locations just to come to this one—it’s worth the extra effort.

  Very clean and spacious office. Usually not crowded. My special thanks goes to Smita for always being efficient, knowledgeable and helpful!

  Smita should be fired from this post office immediately. Refused to ship a box made all these excuses . She is just too lazy to do her job to scan a package . I took it to another post office was scanned in less than a minute and I was done. I am following up with usps about this encounter .

  I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling my appointment here. The older Indian lady that attended me was extremely rude. I understand, you don't have to be friendly as we all have bad days but don't be rude! I waited in line and was called over by another employee (thank GOD) and she was willing to confirm that I didn't schedule the appointment under my children's information. That was when the older lady walked over and said "I already told her and showed her the paper" and walked away making a gesture as to say "go away." I thanked the lady who tried to help me and left because I have manners and was not going to stand there and argue. However, she needs additional training and support. Very disappointing! Thankfully I was able to secure an appointment elsewhere!
